Dominic Modicamore, MUP, is the Founder and Managing Director of DGA Economics LLC, bringing three decades of experience in economic and workforce development consulting, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and labor market research. Throughout his career, Dominic has helped public and private sector clients across the United States make data-driven decisions that foster sustainable economic growth, improve workforce alignment, and strengthen regional competitiveness.
Before establishing DGA Economics, Dominic was a Lead Economist at large international consulting firms, where he directed and provided technical expertise for federal, state, local, and commercial clients. Dominic's career also includes roles in economic development for local government, where he advanced economic development policies through rigorous data analysis and strategic planning. His expertise spans economic and fiscal impact modeling and analysis, cost-benefit and ROI analysis, labor market analytics, and economic and workforce development strategy. He has directed studies evaluating the impacts of large-scale infrastructure investments, clean energy transitions, economic and workforce development initiatives, and major real estate development projects nationwide.
Dominic holds a Master of Urban Planning (MUP) degree with a specialization in Economic Development Planning and a bachelor’s degree in Economic Geography, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
